Just got pictures of the clips for the front lights. They are tough enough to clip anywhere...but designed to clip through the ring on the front of the breast collar....These pictures are the raw clips and they are awaiting electroplating to be colored black.

OMG I can't believe it.
Just got word that all the pieces are rolling off the line. I know you guys are going to LOVE them.
What we have done a little different:
Front Light - the top of the front light instead of it having some parts covered with black plastic, the entire top will be opaque hardened plastic so it will diffuse more light for larger lighting in the front. The sides will remain clear so you get the furthest distance to the sides, and it wont bother the horses vision, but will alert vehicles of you and your horse.
The Tail Light is remaining the same.
After all the pieces are completed, we will finish the assembly then they go immediately into product safety certification and testing.
I was told that I will have pictures of everything next week so I will post them when I get them.

So I just had a meeting with Mike the owner of Hexcorp - the LA based manufacturing group that is manufacturing our Tail Lights units.
Fantastic news. The tooling for the plastic pieces are all done (or will be finished in days)
1. The front light is an all inclusive frosted plastic piece so more light will be emitted diffusely for front line safety. We had to exclusively order this resin from GERMANY as they are the only ones that make the best and the most durable. That means the top piece will be a solid piece without seams to worry about water intrusion, and just look plain cool. The sides will be clear to allow for maximum side light visibility for cars.
2. Most of my parts are custom made...orings, buttons, clips. It has taken an amazing amount of coordination to get everything together to this point...We are waiting for all the little parts to get installed and then to be reviewed and tested. That looks like March 25th we will get most of them one. I will have pictures. . Some of the parts...clips and such because everything are on special order are coming in around that time. Once the complete part is done, it comes to me for final review. In the mean time I am getting all the paperwork for the testing facility to get ready to receive the new units for testing. Final testing will take 2 weeks for certification. In the mean time I am trying to design packaging for the product.
I am hoping for eco packaging that helps the environment, so that is my ext challenge.
The possible not so good news.
The LA manufacture for the Tail Wraps have given me great looking tail wraps, but they are sub par quality and don't hold up. I am trying to get them to fix it, but they have been stalling me.
I will keep you updated on this and possible resolutions.
Oh I will be sending out more video and pictures when I get them sometime this week!

Hi all!
I have some great news! I finally got tooling videos!!! I can't believe that we are so close to being there.
I have changed the front light so it will illuminate better and drivers can see more of the horse and rider :) We also were able to change to a better plastic material to make it stronger.
The downside to all this greatness, is they said it would take 2 more weeks to complete the front light tooling. I think that this small delay will make the best product out there, and that is my, and always has been my goal.
I will get you pictures of the tail wraps in progress when they start production! I made a couple of changes on the samples, and will be looking at that Sunday in LA.
